"I had a wonderful stay at the Singapore Raffles in January 2025. I am writing this review quite late. I suspected that I missed an email from them inviting me to write some comments about their hotel and I really would to do this review despite it being quite a few months after my stay.
I made the reservation through my travel advisors and they booked that through Virtuoso. I should also mention that I have Diamond Status in the Le Accor loyalty program and these may have influence on my experience during my stay.
I have to compliment on the hotel staff for the great service they provided at check-in, making dinner reservations and making the extra effort in getting me in for a hotel history tour during my stay. Both Diana and Nooruunisa at the concierge desk really went an extra mile in making reservations for me. Mr. Rosalee, hotel historian, made an extra effort to accommodate my request for a hotel history tour during my short stay there. The tour made me appreciate the hotel even more and it was an essential part of my experience in not just the hotel but also Singapore. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel staff for make my stay so memorable.
In addition, the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed the comfort of my suite and the hotel ground. I also hosted an afternoon tea at the hotel lobby for my friends in Singapore and the service was superb."
