What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
While the Sentosa Express is a convenient transport link, some visitors have reported negative experiences with staff attitude, citing rude behavior and lack of clear guidance. However, many appreciate the frequency of the trains and the scenic views during the ride. The station itself is noted for its pleasant ambiance and food options.
"This was my first visit and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. On 2 Dec in the morning, the two staff on duty were talking to each other instead of guiding visitors. We had no clear instructions on how to enter using one QR code. After I went in, they suddenly shouted, βEh hello, one by one, one by one,β and told me to pass the QR code to my family in a very rude way.
If every person needs a separate QR, the staff should provide clear guidance from the start instead of making us pass the ticket around βlike monkeys,β and then shouting at my family. We came here to enjoy ourselves, not to be scolded. The attitude and lack of patience were unacceptable, and the staff did not provide proper guidance at all.
Overall, a very bad first experience. Please train your staff on how to speak properly to customers instead of shouting."
