What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors are consistently impressed by The Hive's stunning and unique honeycomb architecture, praising its distinctive textured facade and organic interior feel. While it's a functional study building with limited access for external visitors, its visual appeal and the opportunity to explore its unique design make it a worthwhile stop for architecture enthusiasts and those seeking unusual sights.
"It's super cool place, great architecture outside and inside. Inside - every floor - its lecture class or auditorium as I understood, if I were student, I would spent the time at such classes. On the first floor there is some small food court, not so many people so you can enjoy the atmosphere, walk around, go to the roof top"

"Gorgeous architecture and definitely unique. The textured walls both inside and outside must have been a big cost on the construction budget. One quirk is that the lifts or elevators are marked as "B5 to L3" even though Basement 5 level is basically street level. The environment 'indoors' feels natural and organic despite being made out of concrete surfaces mostly. It feels cool and breezy to be inside the building."

"If you are finding unique places to visit in Singapore. Here you go. Presenting to you The Hive. The building speaks for itself. It's a study building so expect lots of students. There is a cafe and plenty of seats if you avoid lunch area. Quiet and conducive for work. Parking aplenty few minutes away. (Carpark Q)"
