"Terrible Service! What can I say. This is a beautiful example of how NOT to serve customers in a restaurant. I was left speechless, angry & puzzled as to how a human being can be so pathetic at her job and even willingly admit this! More later.
I'll keep this short as I can't be bothered to waste any excess energy writing this review. To summarise, we waited over 1hr 10mins for our childrens food to arrive. The waitress was so nonchalant I wondered if there was any blood flowing through her veins. She didn't seem to give a flying fk.
She waltzed around like she's some prima dona yet she looked so pained and disgusted that she's a waitress. All of our food came at completely separate times. My food was so under-cooked and raw I think it was still alive! Absolute joke.
Although the area itself is fine for the kids, and the food in the restaraunt is ok but I'm afraid I won't be returning nor will I recommend this to my friends and family. Escpecially when the last words from our waitress were: "Please tell the gentlement he will not get 'good' service from me. I'm on the minimum Slovakia wage and until this situation changes this is the service you will get...""
