As mentioned to your reception team at the time, I had booked and paid for an air-conditioned villa, but unfortunately, the AC was not available. I was informed that no alternative AC villas were available and was offered compensation of €300 (20% of the amount paid). I provided my bank details as requested.
Since then, I followed up after almost a 4 months and was asked for additional information, which I provided. I later requested a transaction confirmation, which was sent—but the amount was never received. As of 22nd July, the refund is still pending, and my recent follow-ups have not been responded to.
I would appreciate it if you could urgently update me on the status of the refund and confirm when I can expect the amount to be transferred."
