What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Jakubkova Luka is highly praised as an ideal spot for beginner skiers and families, offering gentle slopes and a dedicated children's lift. Visitors appreciate the quiet atmosphere and dog-friendly policy. However, the parking fees are considered a significant drawback, and there's a risk of lift breakdowns without refunds.
"Pos: For very beginners it is almost perfect sliope, small gradient and constant, straight; some good places to eat, possible to park very close to the ski track. Not too crowdy
Cons: parking is 5€/h or 15€/24h !! This is a ripoff. Only for beginners, because only one traight track in general..."

"First time skiing with small kids (5yr, 3yr). We borrowed skis for kids from local store (15eur/day or like 20eur for two days, different store, different prices). We spent two days practicing at Jakubkova luka, there is small and slow ski lift for children and one bigger ski lift older kids and adults. I can really recommend it, there was lot of kids practicing. I was using that children ski lift with both my kids, later 5yrs old could handle it herself. Because the ski hill is for beginners, it was not that crowded. At lunch there came lot of kids/people but in the morning and evening it was very fine. Very good place if you want to start skiing or teach your kids how to ski. You can park your car on the road to the hill (prepare to pay some eur, I think it was like 6 eur per day or so). Ski lifts were operating from 8am till 4pm."

"7th of February the lift broke down and there was no refund for those who purchased three hours ski pass. It is not fair."
