"The Church of St. Bolfenka really looks magical and mystical. It was built in 1501 in the late Gothic style. It has changed its purpose, after the dissolution of the monastic orders it was even a place for mountaineers for a while, and it also suffered a fire. It is located deep in the forest, outside the main part of the Mariborsko Pohorje ski resort. It is surrounded by dense forest. Unfortunately, it is not always open, but you can look through the windows to see the interior."
