"The most unreliably open gallery ever. We have tried to visit this place for the third time this year. Despite the opening hours saying it is open, it was not. Without any notice on the website whatsoever. Since this is not our first time here, we called tourist information centre, where they confirmed it should be open, so we took a 2-hour trip one way, only to end up in front of locked doors again."

"The worst gallery and tourist hospitality ever.
The experience was very unsatisfying. We drove for 2 hours to visit this gallery,
which should have been open on Sundays. Their website said so, and so did the sign on their door.
There were no notifications anywhere to indicate that it would be closed for renovation or a new exhibition or whatsoever.
As mentioned by Maja, prior to the trip, we wanted to ensure it was open.
Since this was not the first time we encountered this issue, we checked the schedule and called the tourist information center,
and both confirmed that it would be open.
Upon arrival and discovering it was closed again, we called the head of the gallery, and they
also failed to accommodate us in any way. They were dismissive and arrogant.
This gallery, or any other gallery in Ptuj for that matter, will never see me again, and I would not recommend it."
