What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Terme Ptuj offers a fun-filled aquapark experience with impressive waterslides, making it a hit with families. However, some visitors have noted concerns regarding cleanliness and the cost-effectiveness of onsite dining. While the resort provides relaxation options, managing expectations around food quality and potential crowds is advisable.
"On a day trip to this spa we found it the most disappointing experience. It was a very hot day 12.08.2025, a lot of people. The issues we have are, not very clean quite dirty, lots of babies in nappies in the adult pools when therecare plenty of children pool spaces, and no control of kids jumping in every pool. We are staying here from New Zealand and have been to many of the Spa pools. This was the most disappointing experience."
Peter Felix Muller
"Indoor pool facilities are poorly maintained and can be life threatening.
Seems like the management is completely disconnected from the business. And all it would take is a little bit of effort, but that's obviusely too much to expect.
Price - Performance is a pure catastrophy. 4hours cost 60+€ for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 & 10).
Won't be back any time soon."

"Went here with my family and everyone loved it. It is not as crowded as some other water parks in Slovenia. Plenty of awesome water slides, although unfortunately two newest ones were still closed at the time of writing."
