The India Venster trail is a thrilling, challenging hike offering breathtaking views of Cape Town. While demanding, it's highly rewarding for experienced hikers who enjoy scrambling and aren't afraid of heights. "Such a great experience! We loved the trail, it was fun and the trail offers amazing views over Capetown. Don’t be too scared, it’s definitely doable, if you like adventurous, active hikes and you’re not afraid of heights. Just be careful and don’t take the hike as way down. There are many signs on the way that show the path, we only missed the India venster 😅 It took us about 2,5-3 hours up."

"Good climbing route, you need to have very goog balance, no scare of hights, experience of mountain climbing and minimum of 2 litres of water. There is not any safety net or ropes so falling risk is high in case if scared of small lizards while climbing at the edge. But it is definetely worth to overcome your mental and physical status. You’ll see this later as we did."

"A tough but absolutely stunning hike up Table Mountain — 100% worth the effort! The views are breathtaking all the way up, and the sense of achievement at the top is unbeatable. Definitely bring at least 1L of water per person, and a snack or two for energy. You’ll want it! The trail follows yellow footprints painted on the rocks, which is super helpful — though they can be hard to spot in places where the paint has chipped off, so keep your eyes peeled. A challenging hike, but an unforgettable experience for anyone who loves the outdoors. 🥾⛰️☀️"
