"For a 5 star hotel i was disappointed, firstly the noise we had to endure the whole night, there wasn't any house keeping i gave a 3 for the young Sotho gentleman that is a waiter in the hotel he was amazing and the weekend front desk staff. The running of the hotel itself is very disappointing. We couldn't even walm food at night they told us the kitchen closed at 8 pm."
