"I used to be a big fan of Kota Joe’s however, the standard of the food and shakes as well as the service has really dropped . Today I purchased some shakes and chicken chilli chips and ribs and wings. I waited for over 45 min for the food. The shakes were just average, no longer bear that famous kota joe signature of deliciousness.
The chips were dry, covered in sauce with hardly any chicken, yet the price has increased.
Ribs and wings were not fantastic as well.
I had to send the slushy back as it came out as a juice with ice and not a slushy.
I am really disappointed in kota joe, don’t think I will buy from you again nor would I recommend you. The amount of money spent was not worth what I received. …You have dropped the ball. Very disappointed."
