"Could be amazing with a bit more care. The grass was really overgrown, the pathways were broken, and the place was quite dirty. The lighthouse exterior could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, and the windows at the top were pretty grimy. That said, climbing the narrow steep stairs was actually kind of fun and gave the visit a little adventure"

"Tourism guides/managers are very knowledgeable about the monument and the area. Sad that a few of the plaques have been removed. Would be nice if the vegetation around the Garden of Remembrance was a little more taken care of.
View from the top of the lighthouse is good; a good workout for the legs as well.
There is parking right next to the buildings and lighthouse, entrance to parking can be missed.
