Many visitors praise the variety and educational aspects, particularly the live shows. However, some reviews have raised significant concerns regarding animal welfare and housing conditions, which is an important consideration for potential visitors.
"Mandy there gave us the best service ever. She even told us about the 3in1 set that you can buy for way less to visit 3 parks. I will definitely be back here again."

"We really loved the animals! While we were there, the staff were busy cleaning the cages, which was great to see — everything looked well cared for and the animals seemed happy. The snakes were also really interesting, especially spotting a few we’ve actually seen in our own bushveld! Only thing missing was a chameleon — my kids have never seen one up close and that would’ve been the cherry on top. Still, a lovely visit overall!"

"Family-friendly Chameleon Village Reptile Conservation offers educational and exciting experiences with well-maintained facilities, vibrant reptiles in natural habitats. Suitable for all ages, it combines fun and learning for a memorable family outing. The lady that works the front desk isn't the friendliest and seems rather unhappy we were there, but that didn't stop us from visiting"
