"Their return policy is terrible! When doing the return they are friendly and make you feel like they care. Once you leave the store they do not care! I was told that THEY will keep in contact with me about the return but unfortunately 2 weeks later I AM THE ONE who had to call them to find out why have I been ignored. I ended up finding out that they did not even start my return policy as yet, this makes me extremely furious as I do not have time to teach them how to do their job. I am still waiting on this return for the product that was not working properly from the first day of using it. I find it extremely unconvincing that I was told that I was going to be taken care off but instead I had to take care of them."

I have waiting for a long time I was told management has taken over my issue, but seems even the manger enjoys making me feel worthless as well!!! This is completely unacceptable towards the customer services code of fairness. I was told 1 month ago my refund was done and 2 weeks ago my refund for the broken gun was taken by management and it has been almost 2 months now and I have been thrown to the side like a dog."
