"The Hotel itself is a good hotel,its always our go to place if we are visiting Melrose Arch .I have received a horrible service with their central reservations dept.I had to cancel a reservation on the 4th of November 2025 due to unforseen circumstances. I was informed that I will receive my refund with 7 to 14 days(if i remembercorrectly). A Month later I still have not received my refund. I followed up via Email and the lady(Lebogang) who was supposed to be processing the refund seemed to have done absolutely nothing and only referring the email to someone else who deals with Ozow payment.
Very disappointed, highly doubt I will be visiting any of the capital hotels anymore."
