The beautiful design, tranquil atmosphere, and high-quality dining, particularly at Flames Restaurant, are frequently highlighted. Minor points like curtain effectiveness and water smell were noted but did not detract from an overall fantastic experience.
"Beautifully renovated place. The Flames restaurant has stunning views and enough seating places to choose from. My partner had a ribeye which was absolutely amazing. He couldnt stop singing uts praises and the king prawns were delicious and the side rice that came with it was out of this world.
The waiters were so incredibly polite, friendly and professional. Thank you to Boitumelo, Lesego, Phina and Zandi who we met and were just so incredibly helpful, funny and knowledgeable."

"A truly exceptional stay. The rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable — the bed was one of the best I’ve slept on. The food, especially breakfast, was excellent, and the entire property has a relaxing, green, character-filled atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re far from the city.
A couple of small points: the blackout curtains could be better, and the water from the sink, toilet, and shower had a slightly odd smell. But these didn’t take away from an overall fantastic experience.
Highly recommended, and I’d happily return."
