What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise The Pines Resort for its clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and the abundance of activities for all ages, especially the water slides and rope park. The safety measures, including numerous lifeguards, are a significant plus. However, some guests have noted issues with parking congestion on busy days and long waits at the on-site shop.
"We were very early, the entrance was quick and smooth. The staff is very professional and helpful with hyping kids and adults to enjoy all slides. The braai stands were clean and we had dustbins nearby to throw trash. More slides added and another pool since I last visited, life guards are everywhere near pools and slides so we knew kids are safe. We had an amazing day, struggled with getting out of parking as now cars were parked too close, please ask security to watch out for that. Please also add more staff at the shop as we waited for over 15mins buying ice cream, only to be advised to come back 20mins later and when we got it, it was melting so fast. Thank you for a great experience, it was packed but still orderly."
