"Stayed at madikwe River Lodge. Staff friendly but unobtrusive, nothing too much trouble. Food variety very good. Guides excellent tracking abilities - made sure we saw the big 5. An awesome experience overall good value for money. Would definitely recommend."
Carol Greisdorfer
"The best safari experience we have ever had. We stayed at The Last Word lodge. The activity at the water hole was stunning. The staff were so friendly and catered to our every need. The food was excellent. The game drives were amazing. Our guide, StJohn, had an encyclopedic knowledge of the wild life in the reserve which had large herds of impala, zebra, wildebeest and elephants. Watching the elephants interacting at the water hole was the highlight for me. Also the number of rhino was impressive and watching the baboons playing and going up the pylons to sleep was so interesting. We saw lion cubs, lionesses and the whole pride together with one male. It was an amazing 3 days. Would highly recommend."
