What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
BOUNCE Mall of Africa is generally praised for its fun and energetic atmosphere, making it a hit for families and friends. Visitors enjoy the variety of activities like the X-Run and High Ropes. However, some reviews point to issues with inconsistent rule enforcement and staff attitude, which can detract from the experience for some patrons.
"Very nice place and always very busy. But what is the good point good place to have a rude management system. The staff were very rude. They treat the customers that we all are entering free. Don't know how to talk politely and has to be behave well manner to the customers. If their attitude cerry on like this will be lose their customers very soon."

"Booked a 2-hour session for both my kids and I at Bounce Mall of Africa.
Almost an hour in, some staff member suddenly decides my kids can’t jump anymore because they’re not wearing official Bounce socks. Their socks were higher quality than the Bounce ones, but apparently the “safety” excuse only applies when they want to squeeze extra money out of you.
Meanwhile, the Bounce “crew’s” own friends were jumping around with SHOES on, doing flips, taking videos, taking photos — basically doing whatever they wanted. No rules for them, but my kids’ grip socks are apparently a life-threatening hazard?
Then I get told I’m not allowed on a trampoline with my phone to take a photo of my own kids — while literally watching the staff’s buddies filming each other on the trampolines like it’s their personal content studio.
The double standards are unbelievable.
Rules for customers. No rules for their friends. “Safety” when it suits them. Upselling disguised as concern.
If you’re going to enforce rules, enforce them for everyone.
If you’re going to make up rules on the spot, at least be consistent about your lies.
What a disappointing, unprofessional experience. Never again."

"Incredible facility, always such a good time. The only downfall is the tables near the eating area. High tables and chairs are really not practical for (younger) kids, making it the most kid-unfriendly thing about the branch. Lower tables and chairs would be so much easier.. otherwise, great experience all the time, with good food and such friendly staff."
