Michelle is a wonderful person and very informative and knowledgeable so be sure to ask for her if you have any questions!"

"Rich in history, mostly settler history.
With a tiny contribution about its natural inhabitants.
Lot you can learn about Afrikaner history, about the Queen and the place before it was renamed Prince Albert.
Great architectural history as well"

"Prince Albert is a town of contrasts with deep pride in its history and filled with the warmth of its people.
I was drawn to the story of Fransie Pienaar and her collection of little things which had grown into an amazing collection of antiques, odds and ends.
Fransie donated her collection to the people of Prince Albert - now housed in a beautiful museum which once served as a hospital.
Its easy to imagine Fransie showing people around and sharing her stories behind individual prized pieces.
The museum includes a intriguing fossil exhibition, a weapons room, a medical section, items from the Victorian era and recent donations from the town's people."
