"Flames at the Four Seasons Johannesburg is absolutely outstanding. We tried the Wagyu rib-eye and the tuna tacos — both were exceptional in flavour, quality, and presentation. The outdoor seating is beautiful, relaxed, and has that perfect elevated atmosphere you expect from a Four Seasons property. Service was warm and attentive throughout.
Only wish: I would have loved to see burrata on the menu — it would fit perfectly with the rest of their offerings.

"For a "normal" Joburg guy, I'm probably easily impressed but sjo, these chefs, baristas and bartenders have skills and crafts that just puts them in another league. I thought that the concept of High Tea was dated but Flames have made me think otherwise. From the tea, getting to prepare your own brew (a large variety of flavourful, Eastern as well as local blends) to all the delicious gourmet delicacies, it was an experience of note. The view of the Joburg skyline is like no other and the cocktails...👌"
