I’m writing a long review because they truly deserve it—and whoever takes the time to read this deserves to know why this outlet is the best. You won’t regret visiting them!

I recently visited Blades & Triggers in Clearwater Mall after taking up a new hobby: competitive, non-lethal target shooting. As someone completely new to the field, I wasn’t sure what I needed or where to begin. There’s so much low-quality gear online that it’s easy to waste money. Thankfully, I was assisted by Kyle Juta, who listened carefully as I explained what I was looking for, and Luqmaan Shaik (Supervisor), who went above and beyond to secure the right stock and accessories for me.

From the moment I walked in, the team treated me with genuine care and professionalism. Their knowledge and passion were clear. They guided me through choosing one of the most accurate CO₂-powered pistols for my needs and provided detailed advice on safety practices, pellet sizing, loading, handling, cleaning, maintenance, storage, and even unjamming—everything essential for responsible shooting and handling.

What impressed me most was their commitment to service. Even near closing time on a Sunday evening, they answered my call and helped me source extra magazines, precision pellets, protective eyewear, and CO₂ canisters. They also explained details like gas expiry and storage temperatures—information you rarely get from retailers today.

By the next day, within just a few hours, they had placed and confirmed my orders, ensuring I received high-quality accessories and ammunition rings. Throughout, they responded promptly and patiently to my many WhatsApp questions, offering constant support and making me feel like a valued client. Their service wasn’t just efficient—it was personal. They took time to understand my needs, educate me, and make professional recommendations instead of just selling a product. That level of integrity and care is rare.

My wife also bought a concealable self-defence pepper spray and later a high-quality stun gun from the same branch. The team advised her thoroughly on safe and lawful use. She left confident and satisfied, knowing she had reliable, effective tools for her protection. Their professionalism gave both of us real peace of mind.
