I’ve sent a service inquiry on Tuesday(10 Jan.) Received a response from KTM(Calvin) via email the next day(Wednesday) and I was also called on Thursday, the check if I got the service quote.
Decided to take my bike for the service.
When I arrived(17 Jan.) my bike was unloaded for me and checked in by Calvin. My bike was taken in for general service at 12pm. And was notified at 14:45 that the bike is being washed and will soon be ready. I’ve rarely, if ever received a bike back from service the SAME day. I’m VERY impressed with the service and response time.
