"Had a great chocolate and wine pairing today. Robyn was our sommelier. What a gem she is! Warm and friendly with a knowledge of the wines that gets one excited to try and buy everything. The chocolates are custom made and pair perfectly with the wines in the pairing. It's always so interesting to discover the hidden flavours in the wines that the chocolate bring to the fore. We ended our tasting with their delicious cheese and charcuterie platter. It had a good selection of cheeses and meats, with olives, fig preserve, pickles and warm bread. Absolutely divine!
This was our 4th visit, having previously tried their Flash Food Slow Wine pairing with various groups of friends. Every visit has been excellent and the service is always great"
