"I feel like it's a great place to take pictures, but only at the ground level for the cherry blossoms. Observatory deck has a small cafe featuring 2 mascots from E World, along with some goggles for close-up views of the scenery. Is it worth the torturous climb? Not really if you're unfit. Total time taken to climb was roughly 10-15 minutes. It is an inclined slope as well.
I had no thoughts about the cafe, didn't try the drinks, but they have cute little trinkets.
Btw, while you're trekking up to the tower, there will be E World music playing all the way up, soooo good luck... 🫠"
