What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Bulgwangsan for its accessibility and stunning panoramic city views, making it a perfect spot for light hiking and a refreshing escape from urban life. While some find the summit views slightly obstructed by trees, the overall experience is highly recommended for its natural beauty and ease of access.
"Baengnyeonsan Mountain is a great starter mountain to work on your stamina. Located north west of Ansan and west of Ingwansan. Baengnyeonsan, Ansan, Ingwansan, and the lower part of Bukhansan ranges form circular mountain range trails. And I highly recommend doing it, takes about good 8 to 9 hours. Baengnyeonsan is a horse-shoe shaped mountain, and from its observatuon deck, you can view Ingwangsan, Bukhansan, Namsan, and Ansan. Lots of incredible views of the valleys and panoramic views. Highly highly recommended 😎 👍"

"From Exit 3 of Nokbeon Station, immediately go up the apartment stairs and the stairs leading up to the left are the entrance. From there, it's a seven-minute walk to the Baekryeon Mountain Observatory, offering breathtaking views of Bukhansan and Eunpyeong. This is the best vantage point on Baekryeon Mountain. From here, a further 15 minutes leads to Eunpyeongjeong, the summit. While the view from Eunpyeongjeong is excellent, it's somewhat obscured by trees. It's a mountain you can easily hike in an hour, making it ideal for light hiking."
