"It seems like this is one of the larger Daiso branches in the Seoul area. When I visited, I was looking for Daiso’s makeup and skincare products. However, many of the shelves in that section were empty. Later, when I went to the cashier to pay, I realized that some of the makeup and skincare items were actually kept behind the cashier.
This made it difficult to browse or choose products freely, as I had to ask the staff to get the items for me. For foreigners who are not fluent in Korean, this can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to also seemed displeased when I asked for items from behind the counter, which made the experience a bit unpleasant.
I’ve visited several Daiso branches in Korea, and this was the only one where I had a less positive experience. I hope this branch improves its service in the future."
