The sunset views are a particular highlight, and its proximity to Gyeongpo Beach adds to its appeal. "Took about 1.5 hours to walk the whole thing. Really nice lake. Good spots to view herons. Flat, so easy to walk. There’s also places nearby to rent bicycles."
Sean Quinn
"The lake smells like the ocean. Very salty. It was cool and windy when I visited in the evening in summer. The paths are very flat and easy to walk. I walked about half the lake to a bike shop and rented a single person bike from Green Bike for 5000 won, for one hour. I didn't realise that when you put the kickstand down you need to clamp it together with your hand to lift it up otherwise it won't move so fyi on that.
There are statues around the lake perimeter and some weird museums about film history and...Thomas Edison. It's very peaceful and a great cycling spot. Beautiful photo ops."
Celine Turner
"It is huge park...we only had short time to walk around the park...it would be wonderful when the weather is lot warmer. Would definitely come back again."
