"I used Air Premia for the first time and used Terminal 1. I got there 3 hours early, but I had to wait in line at 1:30 to get my ticket, have a quick dinner, and check the security line. There were 50 minutes left, but line 4 was closed, and only lines 3 and 5 were open. But the line was so long that I was trying to ask the security guard woman at line 5 what to do in a hurry, but she was talking on a private phone, giggling loudly. So I tried to make eye contact, but she laughed even louder and went somewhere else. I called her over there, pretended not to hear me, and when I called her again, she said in an authoritative tone that she couldn't do anything, and it was so funny. It was funny how she suddenly changed, but she asked me to show her ticket and told me to talk when there were 30 minutes left, and said, "Okay." What did she really want me to do? If she said I couldn't even talk for a bit, I had nothing to say. Doing things like that is only seen in Koreans, and even though it is my job, I think, 'I hope you find your rights after doing your duty.' Anyway, I barely managed to run and make it to the gate on time, but this really needs to change. This is what happened after waiting from 8:20 and asking questions from 8:45."
