"Incheon Airport does not have a Lotte Duty Free. There are other duty free retailers but not a Lotte. You have to buy here, and if you buy a non-Korean product, you have to pick up the merchandise at the airport at Gate 45 (for Terminal 1).
The patrons of this duty free tend to be very obnoxious and loud. It’s sometimes a harried experience and the store (spanning multiple floors) is quite warm at times. It isn’t the most pleasant experience, but some items are markedly cheaper.
Sulhwasoo items can be almost 50% of the North American price.
If you have an Amex, you can automatically get Lotte Gold membership. Head to the 10th floor and register. You get minimum 15% off of all prices."
