Reviews Summary

Penguin Village is celebrated for its unique, community-driven art and charming penguin theme, offering a delightful visual experience and a taste of local creativity. While some find it a brief stop, others appreciate its authenticity and the lively weekend events. It's a place that charms with its quirkiness and the warmth of its artistic spirit.

"They are cute decorated with penguins and the retro items. I came here at around 5.30 pm in a weekday and no any other people at all. That's really quiet. Not much to do, just walk around and perceiving a cuteness."

May Choo

"Don't be underwhelmed, this place is actually incredible. First it is a product of a neighborhood coming together and creating a place that brings the community together.

There are stores where you can buy art, crafts trinkets, souvenirs, etc. tons of penguin artwork on the walls and with standard, old, appliances like coffee makers. It has a donut and juice shop with amazing penguin-shaped donuts.

They also on the weekend we were there, had dancing, both modern and traditional, musical performances, and the best part, an arts and crafts time where you can create some of the things the vendors there sell at their business.

With our American family's trip to Seoul and Gwangju this was at the top of their favorite experience."

Pete

"Great place to pass by but definitely not a destination. Not much to see nor do here. We stopped by since it was on the way and that was just good enough. Spent about 10minutes and saw everything."
