"Came here on the recommendation of a Korean friend. Maybe they are nicer to Koreans than to foreigners or so but the service here is truly desastreous. The reasons were well documented in some comments below. Classic case of a rooftoop bar where you pay for a view but get nothing else. Would not come again!"
