"Some of the cherry blossoms already fell down but still pretty. Hot spots is around 영도3교 bridge. From this bridge you can take picture with the cherry blossoms taller than you. Better walk from maebong station exit 4. Closer to the hot spots."

"Yangjaecheon is a wonderful place for a stroll! I often went there during the lunch break. :) It gets really pretty when spring comes, especially when cherry blossoms come out. Also, along Yangjaecheon, there are some nice spots for silver grass as well. If you like silver grass, the best time to see them in Korea would be around August or September."
