"Long live the collection! You have 60 minutes to cancel your blue zone ticket for exceeding the parking limit, and if you don't, you'll be fined from €4 to €40. Go get coins, parking meter. Go running!"

"My deep disappointment, anger, and other adjectives can be attributed to the Mayor and his governing team, as well as to the incompetent management of Gestalba.
I am a person with a disability. I have a transtibial amputation. I have a reduced mobility card, and I made this clear when I parked on 2 de Junio. To my surprise, I was fined €50 in advance and €100 after the payment deadline. After complaining to the Urban Mobility Department, I was referred to Gestalba, where the manager told me there are ordinances and he should have read them to me. His treatment was despicable and insulting. He doesn't deserve his position; he should be unemployed. Take note, gentlemen of the People's Party (PP).
I subsequently complained to COCEMFE, the Association for the Disabled, and they told me that their complaints to the City Council have never resulted in any resolutions, and it seems that these regulations are intended to raise revenue. They haven't deigned to respond to my complaint. Social Inclusion Policies deserve to be reported to the European Community for failing to comply and mistreating people with disabilities. Throughout Europe, parking with the corresponding reduced mobility card can be done in the corresponding space. You are encouraging visitors not to come to Albacete with this treatment. It's shameful that city councils rely on subcontracted companies for mobility management. Your actions alone reveal who you are, and I hope you never reach government again. I hope you never have another disability and that you treat them as you all have treated me.
Thank you, Albacete City Council, for your support of people with disabilities who visit your city and for the competent and helpful staff you have to assist us."

Navigating Parking and Fines
A significant concern raised by a visitor with a disability highlights potential issues with the enforcement of parking regulations. Despite possessing a reduced mobility card, they were issued substantial fines. The experience suggests that communication with the Urban Mobility Department or Gestalba (the management company) might be necessary, though the response from these entities has been described as unhelpful and insulting by some.
