Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Albarracín for its breathtaking medieval beauty and unique architecture, with the Portal de Molina and Casa de la Julianeta being standout features. The town's charm lies in its labyrinthine streets and picturesque setting. Some find parking challenging and the town can get crowded during peak season.

"From my point of view, one of the most important streets in Albarracín: it begins in the main square and leads to the Portal de Molina, the gateway to the town from Aragon in the Middle Ages. It's a narrow street lined with shops and two hotels. From here, you can access the Casa de la Julianeta and Calle Santiago, an easier access to the wall. This street also leads to the Portal del Agua, and from there, you can quickly walk down the narrow walkway to the Paseo Fluvial (River Walk), or climb some stairs to the cathedral. A narrow street where the sun barely shines (it's narrower on the upper floors)."

Alberto RODRÍGUEZ ALBERO

"This portal is just a sample of all the architecture and views of this wonderful town. A unique and typical spot, but one you shouldn't miss. You'll easily find it by strolling leisurely and enjoying the intricate alleys of Albarracín. They'll transport you to another era."

Cesar VR

"Former city gate facing Molina de Aragón. It consists of two square towers and a semicircular arch with ashlar voussoirs.
Once through the gate, we come across the famous Julianeta House."
