The house has AC, but the day we visited (July), it was turned off, and it's unfit to be there. I'm sorry, but it's a bit of a benchmark for the state of conservation and care of the city's cultural heritage. Neglect and abandonment for a heritage of great importance."

It's a shame not to be able to go down to the beautiful basement since it's been too long since some tiles on the stairs haven't been fixed."
