"This is one of the most beautiful parks in the urban areas of Lugo. A hidden gem just footsteps from the bus station, Cathedral, and UNESCO world heritage site - Roman Walls. The park is beautiful to watch the sunset in summer, it features an ornate pond with bridge over and stocked with several ducks, not to mention the beautiful pergola with the wisteria, one of the oldest Wisteria plants around. This park is a must see for anyone of any age whilst visiting Lugo!"

"Perfect spot to take a view of the Miño river valley and catch a glimpse of the Roman bridge below. The park itself is a hidden gem outside the old wall (and a bit hard to drive to, given the one way traffic and dead end roads). Still worth the walk, if only to sit under the old blue glicina at the south~west corner of the park."
