Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the stunning modernist architecture along Avenida Tibidabo, particularly the Palace Dey, and the tranquil atmosphere away from the city crowds. The panoramic views from Tibidabo mountain are a major highlight. However, some note issues with accessibility, like non-functioning elevators, and the separate ticketing for the funicular can be a point of confusion or extra cost.

"Absolutely stunning architecture! The Palace Dey (John F. Kennedy building) is such a hidden gem in Barcelona. The detail on the tower and the colorful designs are incredible—it looks like something straight out of a fairytale. It’s not as crowded as other tourist spots, which makes it even more special. Definitely worth stopping by if you love architecture and history!"

"Nestled in a tranquil area, this station stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and well-maintained surroundings. It feels like a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a perfect spot for anyone looking for a calm transit experience. The atmosphere is serene, allowing you to relax as you wait for your ride.

Moreover, its efficiency and accessibility can't be overlooked. With four convenient stations along Av. Tibidabo, it offers easy connections to other parts of the city. Whether you’re headed to explore local attractions or simply commuting, you’ll likely find this station to be one of the best transport hubs in the area."

"Nice metro station, easily navigable thanks to good signage. Here's a tip for people going to the Tibidabo funicular: If you want to travel on a single ticket as cheaply as possible, I wouldn't really recommend using this station, as it's really part of the FGC commuter rail, which means regular (TMB) metro tickets don't work here. You could use an integrated ticket, but that unfortunately costs more. Instead, go to Penitents station. It's technically closer to the funicular anyways + it's actually part of the metro system, so you can use a single ticket to get there from anywhere. But really, it's up to you."
