Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Barcelona City Center's incredibly central location, making it easy to access attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The staff often receive commendations for their helpfulness, and many find the value for money, especially in hostels, to be excellent. However, some guests have reported issues with noise from neighboring rooms and, in rare cases, cleanliness concerns like bedbugs, highlighting the importance of checking recent reviews.

"Absolutely amazingly located place! We stayed for 3 and we have been so happy with the entire stay, the lady from the reception received us so warmly and helped us saving money by directing us how to travel and so on, very clean, the only issue, which is why overall I've given 4 stars is that you can hear your neighbours, especially the ones above. Otherwise, good price for value and amazing staff, well done!"

"My mom boyfriend and I went to this hostel in October 2018 and we're all pleasantly surprised. This was our 1st time at a hostel and not a hotel. It was in the middle of city and around a lot of great shops and food but We arrived earlier then check in but there was someone there. Even though we don't speak the language, Carla made it an easy check in. Thanks to Google translate we were able to check in and she offered to hold our bags while she cleaned the room then put them in the room. We didn't get a chance till look at the room till we came back much much later. The room was completely clean and spotless which is more then I can say for some hotels. The beds we're comfortable, the room spacious and a great temperature. I really appreciated Carla and the hostel. I would definitely stay again."

"Absolutely disappointed and disgusted! Checked in to the room late at night only to be met with BEDBUGS!!! My friends and I were already exhausted from a long flight to Barcelona but couldn’t sleep the whole night as the receptionist or owner was uncontactable throughout the night. We were forced to spend the night on the street with all our baggage. Will not recommend this accommodation at all! The location is fantastic but much improvement is needed especially the management’s response. Apparently, judging from other Google reviews, the management’s total lack of care for guests’ concerns has been an ongoing occurrence. Please book at your own risk."
