Every part of my stay was made easy. The accessible room was genuinely accessible, the shower setup worked perfectly for me, and I always felt safe and supported. Staff consistently looked out for me without ever making me feel different or burdensome.
I was prioritised on the rooftop bar even during the busiest times, and at breakfast the team immediately offered help with items I couldn’t reach. Javi gave brilliant recommendations throughout my stay, and Raquel’s warm welcome each day made such a difference.
The level of care, respect, and thoughtfulness was exceptional. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this is easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had — especially for accessibility.
The only downside was leaving. I’ll definitely be returning next summer.
