What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Palau de la Música Catalana as an architectural masterpiece, with many highlighting the stunning beauty of the auditorium and its stained-glass dome. While some find the tour price a bit steep, attending a concert is widely recommended as a more valuable experience that immerses you in the venue's magic.
"This spectacular place of music, with its natural light, and glass, ceramic and sculptures combined to create magic and transcendence to a place of great creativity. What a joy to view a master architects vision become real. The organ is also wonderful and we were privileged to hear it resonate throughout the main hall.
So much symbolism, pride and love for music captured in a place that is held in high esteem by many within the music world. Do visit if you can and soak in the atmosphere."

"This music hall is artistic and full of history. When we visited someone was practicing piano so we could enjoy how good sounds travelled in the hall. However the chairs are extremely worn out, dated and narrow. We got the admission ticket with pamphlet option however there was no pamphlet so it’s quite misleading."

"Gorgeous venue. Excellent music, vibrant dancing. We loved the flamenco and guitar concert. Just fantastic and really wanted to see the Palau de la Música. It is a beautiful venue. Arrive early so you have time to take it all in."
