Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Palau Güell as an often-overlooked Gaudí masterpiece, highlighting its intricate details and unique architectural elements. Many recommend booking tickets in advance to avoid disappointment and suggest visiting during off-peak hours for a more enjoyable experience. Some find the ticket price a bit high for the duration of the visit.

"I really enjoyed Palau Güell. We visited as a family of four and the price of tickets for here was much more reasonable than other museums.

Unfortunately, it was extremely hot on the day we visited and we struggled a little inside in the heat. Few rooms had air con.

We didn’t have headphones so had to carefully listen to the guide on our phones. We didn’t want to be annoying to others so kept it as quiet as possible. The commentary was very informative and it was great how it corresponded to each room.

The rooms were beautiful and the roof terrace was stunning.

Definitely recommend a visit."

Kerry Bunn

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Palau Güell, which is well supported by detailed audio guide that you can listen to by scanning the QR code at the entrance.

Designed by legendary Antoni Gaudí, it is a unique blend of Gothic elegance and modernist innovation. There are still many original peaces that remained untouched, although the whole building was fully restored. There is very little furniture that Gaudi designed, and most of it can only be seen on the original photographs. You can really see how his artistic genious started developing here."

Martina Pavlovic

"Wonderful Experience! This former home (mansion) has been immaculately restored. The rooms are gorgeous. Architecture is lovely.. really gave me a wonderful impression of Gaudi's work.
A must see!"
