"💯x💯 Empordà Natural. Bird refuge among rice fields, ideal for cycling with the family"

"I set off on my bike from Palafrugell thinking that today I would take my first swim in the sea, but since the morning mists didn't seem to be in a hurry to lift when I was in Pals, I decided to take a detour and instead of heading towards the Masos, I headed northeast, towards the rice fields. The first ones had just been sown, but as I got closer to the Basses d'en Coll, I can say that I found them busy. These tractors with special wheels spread the seed across the flooded fields: rice grains reddened by some treatment that must strengthen their vitality."
