For burgos I highly recommend visiting inside the cathedral, it's really beautiful and well worth the tour. The museum of evolution, not so much I found it so boring. El morito, Ojeda, casa panchi are highly recommended in Burgos for traditional. Calle san Lorenzo for pinchos…
