Some note the potential danger of unfenced cliffs and the intense sun exposure in summer.
"This place is an absolute must see, I would recommend you to spend an afternoon here if you are close to Toledo.
We went here in December on a foggy afternoon and as the weather cleared out and the sun started to lighten the mountains, it really took our breath. We only see 4 people here through our 2-3 hour walk so it is not congested to say the least.
We parked our car at the place which is marked on Google maps as 'Aparcamiento Barrancas De Burujón' and walked up to 'Mirador del Cambrón' which took about 15 minutes. (You probably could directly come to this point with your car if there are only a few people there. I have added a picture about the road which leads you here.)
There are 3 or 4 viewing spots with barriers where you can go the edges and take nice pictures. These viewing spots are about 5-10 minutes walking distance from each other and you can see the next one from the previous one. Between the viewing spots there are no barriers on the edges of the cliffs so this could be very dangerous with children who run around unadvised, so keep your children, dog etc close to you and follow the marked road.
There is a picnic possibility with tables at the last viewing spot.
There is no shadow and no trees to hide from the sunshine throughout this journey which could be a problem in the summer. Some trees have already been planted but it will take years till they become big enough.
Visiting in the afternoon is recommended because the sunshine will lighten the cliffs from the right angle according to other guides.
Favourite moment: The whole place was undisturbed by any human activity and you could here the birds from miles away but we also heard a cowbell which we could not understand. Later we saw the source of the sound which was a goat on one of the distant cliffs eating grass. God knows how it got there. :) (I've added a picture of it if you want to check it out.)"
