What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Cala Baladrar is praised for its beautiful, clear waters and excellent snorkeling opportunities, offering a more secluded feel than larger beaches. However, visitors frequently mention the challenging pebble and rock terrain, the very limited parking, and the relatively high prices at the beachfront restaurant.
"Car park is small, so if not here early you have to park out on the main road and walk. Cala Baladrar is directly East facing, swell tends to be heavier than the other nearby coves. With the large pebbles it makes entering the water tricky. In fact we witnessed many young to old people struggle to get in and out of the water and several actually fell over."
Daren
"A secret place at certain times of the year, a place to picnic alone in private."
Michael (Miguelito)
"Rocky and pebble beach. Nicely isolated.
Small parking and some parking at the road. Nice restaurant with a view, basic. Really quite expensive though. I’d say 25-30% more expensive than in Moraira itself for similar dishes."
