What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Cala d'Hort is widely celebrated as one of Ibiza's most magical and beautiful beaches, primarily for its breathtaking views of the mystical Es Vedrà rock, especially at sunset. Visitors praise its clear waters, charming atmosphere, and excellent beachfront dining options. While parking can be a challenge, the overall experience is consistently described as unforgettable and highly recommended for its natural beauty and serene ambiance.
"Before you get to the beach I suggest you spend some time on the paths above that lead along the cliffs overlooking Es Vedra, the beach area and the whole bay. Wonderful colours, birdsong all around and the sound of waves below.
And when we finally reached the beach after a few hours, the weather did not indicate a memorable sunset, and after all, that's what you come here for. This is one of the most interesting places to say goodbye to the day, so we waited and waited and that last hour was worth everything. You simply have to be here and see it. Fantastic atmosphere!"

"Cala d’Hort is one of the most magical beaches in Ibiza. Tucked away on the island’s southwest coast, it offers stunning views of the mystical Es Vedrà rock rising out of the sea — absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset.
The beach itself is charming and peaceful, with a mix of soft sand and pebbles, clear turquoise waters, and a relaxed, authentic vibe. It’s perfect for swimming, lounging, or just taking in the incredible natural beauty. There are also a few great restaurants nearby where you can enjoy fresh seafood with a view.
If you’re looking for a quieter, more scenic spot with a touch of Ibiza magic, Cala d’Hort is a must."

"For me, this was the most beautiful location in Ibiza. The views are stunning. Perfect for taking photos. Park at the top on the left. The closer you get to the beach parking will be very difficult. It's only a 5 minute walk from the big car park at the top. The cove is amazing place for swimming and snorkelling. Water is crystal clear. For advanced swimmers and free divers, I recommend the small rock island to the right just outside the cove. It has lots of fish and nice rock formations underwater. There's also a cool beach bar and a restaurant with amazing views"
