"Excellent little beach less than 15 min cycle ride from San Jose. We enjoyed our day there just swimming, snorkeling and chilling. Great little bar next door for lunch."

"Recommended this by isub where we hired snorkeling equipment for a good price €10 per set. The road is dirt track but easy to drive down, then there's a short walk 5 minutes to get on beach. Fine to take kids there is a little bit too climb, but any able body person can get there. It's a beautiful location and we saw many fish. Watch out for the sea urchins though."

"Fantastic nature reserve, great walks with mountain and sea views. We walked about 3 to 4 miles from San José, some fab rock formations and cliffs heading down and going into the sea. The mountain views are very spectacular, including a herd of goats way up, could hear the goat/cow bells. Some of the uphill/downhill paths were very rocky due to the stormy weather so have to be aware. But overall great place to walk. Amazingly green for the south east of Spaon, the variety of wild flowers was fab and some of the small birds were great to see. Including a bright red beaked Finch. Would recommend."
