"A walk in the hills which at any time of the year affords clean air and stunning views, and in May and June floral displays which are glorious. Follow the Malaga road out of Colemenar until you encounter the bar Venta Pinar and a saw mill. Park behind the pub. The walk starts there."

"We were quite surprised by how unsuited for cars the roads were as soon as we entered the park (not that it's a bad thing, just surprising). We drove some kilometers into the park anyway, parked the car and proceeded by foot. The park itself is great for hiking and the nature in there is nice, clean and untouched - I'm sure in part due to its less approachable nature :) The park is well worth a visit, and walks can be done by people of all ages - we even brought 3 small kids and a stroller.."
Kenneth Adelhorst Andersen
"Looking for a day away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and city. Montes de Malaga is wonderful retreat to nature. Lose yourself on the numerous pathways and cycle routes. Enjoy panoramic views from quaint, rustic cafes and restaurants along the main road. A perfect place for nature lovers."
